BotFlow PH builds Messenger bots and custom mini apps for Philippine businesses. This page covers what data our demo apps collect, where it goes, and what you can do with it.

1. What we collect

When you use a BotFlow demo app, you enter:

Your name and mobile number
Booking details — date, time, service, vehicle type, pet info, etc.
Notes or special requests
A star rating and comment after your booking

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, collects standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited.

2. How it's stored

Your booking data never leaves your device. The apps use localStorage, a browser feature that stores data locally. Nothing goes to our servers. Delete it any time by clearing your browser's site data.

When you tap "Send via WhatsApp," your booking details go directly to the business through WhatsApp. That message falls under WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

3. How we use it

Data entered in demo apps does three things:

Builds your WhatsApp booking message
Generates your booking confirmation and reference number
Stores your star rating on-device

Your booking data never touches marketing, profiling, or analytics.

4. Third parties

Three external services run on this site:

Cloudflare Pages — hosting and CDN. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
WhatsApp (Meta) — message delivery when you tap the booking button. WhatsApp Privacy Policy
Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google's CDN; your IP goes to Google. Google Privacy Policy

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

5. Cookies

The apps use localStorage, not cookies, to remember your theme preference and booking history. First-party, on-device, not tracked.

6. Your rights

Your booking data lives in your browser. Open browser settings, clear site data for botflowph.online, and it's gone.
